We have closed a record 33 transactions since January 1, 2009. We attribute our success this year in part to the good buys available in Central Florida, low interest rates and the $8,000 stimulus tax rebate, which is being extended into next year (link to a comparison of old vs. new stimulus)...a very good thing for not only first time buyers but move up buyers too! We focused our efforts this year on listing and selling foreclosed single family homes, condominium units and vacant land in the Mid-Florida region. We have listed and sold properties in Hillsborough, Hernando, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk and Citrus counties.
